Return Policy:
Return shipping is covered by Project Optimal for Optimal Pod and Optimal Steam Room returns. For Optimal Tub & Chiller and Optimal Tub & Chiller Pro returns, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
